cantankerous Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 Although I don't like him being picked at #42, he's a really good player and should make a difference next year. Oregon baby, gotta love it.
Steely Dan Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 This is defininetley a Dick the dick pick. So next year when they let McGee and Youboty go then you'd be bitching about CB depth. It's a draft pick for next year because DB's need a year to really develop. JMO
mrpunchy Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 STUPID He is going to play saftey then why not draft Moore you know a guy who has played the position.. E Brown still on the board.. Lienbackers and a decent OT... Sucks. Totally sucks
My Friends Call Me Tebucky Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 Corner is always going to be a need when you don't spend money to keep the good ones you have.
NoName Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 Donte Whitner is going to be the FS.....and B Scott did a good job as a SS.....this pick was not needed ....especially when you see the OT talent that was on the board......stupid freakin pick....stupid......they obviously must have alot of faith that walker and chambers can holdup at tackle
WellDressed Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 4.6 from what I've read. Like you know player measurables......a draft guru this time of the year eh?? Go back and watch more court. Post some useless drivel about the jean benet case. You are the total antithesis of what your avatar is trying to convey.
Cru Jones Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 i dont know a lot about this guy but i know there were some better value and need picks at that point. Someone should also let the FO know that just because it was thier third pick they dont have to pick a third rounder.
mrpunchy Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 at least we are not the raiders Yea you are right they have made the played the playoffs in the last decade
billnutinphoenix Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 I knew somebody would go ballistic about this pick. Looks like they're letting McGee walk at the end of the year. that's what I am thinking...but he'll start at FS this year....
BigdaddyinOrlando Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 He may wind up being good and hope so to, but what gets my craw is that all you hear from teams that succeed is that it all comes down to the trenches. Well that is an obvious need of ours and we go away from there again! I really feel our secondary would be phenominal if the opposing QB did not have 7 - 10 seconds to throw the damn ball!! still a fan but frustrated nonetheless!!!
2020 Our Year For Sure Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 They just can't fcking resist can they? :wallbash:

Spot on smooth daddy.....not really a need, and there is no way he was listed as the BPA on their board.
seadog Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 Spot on smooth daddy.....not really a need, and there is no way he was listed as the BPA on their board.Yeah, I can't believe they would have this guy rated that high on their board given the talent out there and our positional needs. But look at the the Dolphins taking Pat White, What the f are they thinking? New England and Cincy are having awesome drafts in my opinion.
Lurker Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 They just can't fcking resist can they? :censored: Neither can a lot of posters...
mrpunchy Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 Neither can a lot of posters... Hello pot may I introduce you to kettle?
2020 Our Year For Sure Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 Neither can a lot of posters... If he's a safety, I've got no qualms.
deep2evans Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 F-this team I'm Done. I was o.k until that pick. That set us back 5 years. At least my Sunday's are free now. LMAO i'm dyin.
BillsVet Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 He's going to play safety. Good pick. Derek Fine is your starting TE. Before getting cute in the secondary, address a position which has been a wasteland for 15 years. And BTW, Buffalo has signed 4 UFA's and drafted 8 DB's since 2006 out of 30 picks. What if we'd done that on the OL and DL combined?
2020 Our Year For Sure Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 Complaining about their neglecting the OL and DL doesn't hold up the way it did 24 hours ago, on the other hand.
