Magox Posted April 25, 2009 Posted April 25, 2009 You're a !@#$ing idiot. Once he was up to 249 he ran like sh--. relax with the name calling. Many do believe he has the most upside pass rushing ability in the draft.
deep2evans Posted April 25, 2009 Posted April 25, 2009 You're a !@#$ing idiot. Once he was up to 249 he ran like sh--. To be fair, it's way too early to know how good he'll be. To call him a !@#$ing idiot, is !@#$ing retarded.
JStranger76 Posted April 25, 2009 Posted April 25, 2009 I'm nervous about the pick but I love all the dumbasses who are screaming OMG a 250 lb. DE!?!?!? In 4-3 defenses, they are all playing under or at that weight people!!! He's 6 lbs heavier than Schobel people and after a dissapointing original 40, he got his time back down anyways. Plus, I could care less how long it takes him to run 40 yards I'm worried how long it takes him to get to the QB, which is what we need him to do THIS year. I'm nervous about the pick but excited about the potential.
Bufcomments Posted April 25, 2009 Posted April 25, 2009 I dont like the pick but maybe he takes Ellison spot and they draft another DE at 28 I think that is the plan. They must of really of liked Maybin
Pine Barrens Mafia Posted April 25, 2009 Posted April 25, 2009 If they make him an OLB, then yeah, I'm good with it.
Fingon Posted April 25, 2009 Posted April 25, 2009 You're a !@#$ing idiot. Once he was up to 249 he ran like sh--. Actually, he ran extremely well at his pro day, and showed the best explosion off the line of any DE at the combine.
The Dean Posted April 25, 2009 Posted April 25, 2009 You're a !@#$ing idiot. Once he was up to 249 he ran like sh--. WTF is that all about? The 40-time means little to a DE, he was still ultra quick.
Beerball Posted April 25, 2009 Posted April 25, 2009 On a scale of 1-10 I would rate it a 7. Not horrible, but not a home run. Hope like hell I'm wrong.
BillsFan74 Posted April 25, 2009 Posted April 25, 2009 I dont like the pick but maybe he takes Ellison spot and they draft another DE at 28 I think that is the plan. They must of really of liked Maybin If they can get a TE or OT at 28 and take a DE in rd 2 maybe this can work.
NoName Posted April 25, 2009 Posted April 25, 2009 I don't like the pick......I am tired of these undersized DE.....look at Chris Ellis...the kid they drafted last year 3rd round...another undersized DE....he didn't make any noise......
Magox Posted April 25, 2009 Posted April 25, 2009 WTF is that all about? The 40-time means little to a DE, he was still ultra quick. Not only that, he improved it big time at his pro day. What I read is that initially he was adjusting to the weight he had gained and by his pro day he had gotten himself into form.
The Dean Posted April 25, 2009 Posted April 25, 2009 I don't like the pick......I am tired of these undersized DE.....look at Chris Ellis...the kid they drafted last year 3rd round...another undersized DE....he didn't make any noise...... Not last year. So, he must be a total bust, right?
dave mcbride Posted April 25, 2009 Posted April 25, 2009 You're a !@#$ing idiot. Once he was up to 249 he ran like sh--. Take it easy, man. Why the language?
2003 Posted April 25, 2009 Posted April 25, 2009 Here is what a scout had to say about Maybin: "Maybe has the best take off, first three steps, I’ve seen since (Jevon) Kearse came out,” said a scout who rated Maybin the best rusher in the class. “Maybin can do things you can’t coach, and you coach the things he can’t do. Tough as (crap), 20 years old, can run, competes.” Maybe he is the Bills' Shawne Merriman?
Bufcomments Posted April 25, 2009 Posted April 25, 2009 If they can get a TE or OT at 28 and take a DE in rd 2 maybe this can work. I think they take Pettigrew if he is there at 28 if not then OL Britton maybe? In the 2nd round a name I like at DE is Johnson from GaTech

Man I hope you are right, like I said earlier he might play LB and let Kelsey play the run on 1st and second downs
DDD Posted April 25, 2009 Posted April 25, 2009 If they make him an OLB, then yeah, I'm good with it. Then why not draft a proven OLB like Cushing or Matthews? Oh wait, their CA guys who wouldn't "fit in" in Buffalo. Brilliant!!!
nodnarb Posted April 25, 2009 Posted April 25, 2009 You're a !@#$ing idiot. Once he was up to 249 he ran like sh--. Wow, you should work for an NFL team. You clearly have the facts, beyond opinion, and your analysis is layered and insightful.
