The Bills have many needs going into the season and only so many picks to address these needs even with the peters trade. So should the bills trade their fourth round picks and maybe even their third to get proven players that can make an impact right away,

There are players who are on the block that just so happen to fill needs for the bills. If Waters, Scheffler, and even Henderson are able to be had with a combo of mid round picks I think we should go after them. These kinds of trades are not the bills MO but the coaching staff and front office are feeling the pressure to win now and signing TO proves they are somewhat desperate.

They should definitely be looking to trade picks for players who can help them win right away. I would love to see them get Henderson for a 3 or 4, especially if they can get extra picks by trading Roscoe, McCargo, Kelsay, Simpson or other non-essential players. I would like Scheffler too, but only if we can't land Pettigrew. Scheffler is better than any of the other TE's in the draft. I hope the Bills are very active tomorrow in trades.

I don't think they will get any substantial picks for McCargo or Simpson and I want to keep Roscoe because he keeps Mckelvin focused on his newly important defensive duties. If you were another team would you want to give up anything besides a seventh for a bust DT or a mediocre safety with character issues ? And kelsay is paid way too much for a team to even take him for free let alone give up a pick for him

Not saying that the bills should trade their second away but they should pull the trigger on a trade for Waters and Scheffler if they could be had for a fourth. And if Henderson could be had for a fourth or a third than pull the trigger on that. Waters would not be worth a third unless they feel they need a guard that badly. Scheffler would not be worth a third no matter what.
