-23 ( #55 overall) LT Adam Terry - Syracuse The Bills need some tackle help after losing three via free agency this year including Jonas Jennings. Terry is expected to be the best tackle left when the Bills pick comes around. He is expected to develop into a top pass blocker because of his foot work but lacks flexibility and needs to develop better technique.

-22 ( #86 overall) C Ben Wilkerson - LSU The team is looking for a long term solution at center since Trey Teague is entering the last year of his contract. A first day drafted center has a chance to start if Teague is kicked outside to left tackle. He was a four year starter at center for LSU. He's a smart player but has problem with his feet technique during run blocking. He is coming off of a knee injury that may hamper his development.

-21 (#122 overall) WR Vincent Jackson - Northern Colorado He's a very tall receiver who could develop into a solid run after the catch player if he improves his aggressiveness. Does not have a great burst of speed. Could be a complement to the speedy starting receivers the team has.

-20 (#156 overall) FB Paul Jefferson - Penn St. He's in the Sam Gash/Daimon Shelton mole. He's a hard hitting fullback who makes defenders pay for trying to get to the running back. Could be a good backup and groomed to take over the starting role next year. He has good hands but needs to improve his overall strength.

-23 (#197 overall) QB Ryan Fitzpatrick - Harvard He is a good athlete that can move on his feet to avoid sacks and gets rid of the ball quickly. He isn't that consistent but would have time to grow as a potential number three quarterback or practice squad candidate.

-22 (#236 overall) RB/KR Derrick Johnese - Northwestern St. He a small, stocky runner who dominated at the D1AA level and has a huge jump to make to the NFL. Would challenge for a backup role in the Bills backfield.

How do you grow to a practice squad candidate?
