Lurker Posted April 24, 2009 Posted April 24, 2009 Yep, that resume just screams "Hire me as a football scout". But, who knows, maybe he really does have a natural knack for it. Joel Buschbaum was a geek, but he sure could evaluate talent. Breaking down film is one way to scout. The Dwight Adams' "grill the collge coaching staff" approach is another. There's no science to it...
Spiderweb Posted April 24, 2009 Posted April 24, 2009 Check out one of the guys picking talent in the draft- someone with a financial background...hmm that's weird....Bills Scout Sorry, but most of us quit "wondering" about the state of the Bills a long time ago.
ColdBlueNorth Posted April 24, 2009 Posted April 24, 2009 Agreed. Sounds like the guy worked his tail off to get a break and the Bills hired him. Started in 2007... let's see 07 draft: Marshawn Lynch Paul Pozlusny Trent Edwards 1st 3 picks not so shabby. Some folks just have to B word about something.
Captain Caveman Posted April 24, 2009 Posted April 24, 2009 Check out one of the guys picking talent in the draft- someone with a financial background...hmm that's weird....Bills Scout Yeah, god forbid we hire someone who cares about what he does, and works his ass off, rather than has a job handed to him 'cause he used to coach / play at such and such football school.
VOR Posted April 24, 2009 Posted April 24, 2009 The Bills suck because they have TOO many scouts. Yeah, that's the ticket.
