Buftex Posted April 20, 2009 Posted April 20, 2009 1a. Everette Brown DE / Andre Smith OT 1b. Brian Cushing OLB / Larry English DE / Alex Mack C 2. Eric Wood C / Jared Cook TE 3. The bold prospect is who I think we will take. Given the Bills inability to assess (and coach) offensive linemen, I would be a little disappointed if they picked an OT with their first pick. I realize it is a major need, but... I just feel skittish about it...
H2o Posted April 20, 2009 Posted April 20, 2009 This is what I see happening now possibly: 1a. Andre Smith - If he's there, it was stated long ago that he was the Bills' highest rated OT prospect. 1b. Brandon Pettigrew - Not at #28, but we trade our #28 and our 3rd to Detroit to get in front of Philly to take him. 2. Larry English - He'll probably be the best available DE left when we pick and seems like a solid LE prospect. 3. Andy Levitre - Classic Bills move here, trade away more picks to move up. Our 4th and 5th to get Levitre mid 3rd. 4. Zack Follett - Our OLB need is addressed here with a quality pick IMO. 6. Otis Wiley - We get a guy who can make plays at the SS position here, evidenced by his 71 tackles, 7 pd, and 4 INT's 7. Devin Moore - RB that could be our version of Leon Washington. Smaller,(5'9" 192lbs.) explosive back.

Oher has NO CHANCE of being there @ #28. Pettigrew has a chance of being there at #28. Typical, the Bills reach on a player at #11 and miss out on a player of more importnace to the team
