...the Bills use some of the money they undoubtedly freed up in this trade to go out and sign someone like Freddie Keiaho and/or Rhodes, for ex.? I'm sure the FA had about $10 million cash to cap budgeted for JP this year and no way a late first rounder eats up that kind of cash on his own.

Not unless they went out and signed a decent OT with that money. Just some veteran OT who, at the very least, could be an above-average starter while our rookie first rounder develops.

No. Can either of them hold up against DE's to protect Trent's blindside? Like I said, no.

If he's healthy, that isn't such a bad idea, on a 1-year minimum risk type contract.

If we signed him he would lop off a finger from the mother of all paper cuts while signing his contract.
