The Dean Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 MP3's of interesting songs covered by other bands/artists, different versions, live versions, etc. I hate everything, and even I found a few gems here: http://www.bigozine3.com/mystery/mysterysongs.html

The Dean Posted April 16, 2009 Author Posted April 16, 2009 Very cool deano....I recommend Susan Cowsill-TALKIN sh--.....but I have so many more to sample I hadn't seen that one, yet. Very nice. (Whodda thunk it? You, obviously.)
GoodBye Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 Very cool, thanks! I like Clint Eastwood's version of "Don't fence me In."
Kelly the Dog Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 Very cool site. Really surprising good one is Charlie Daniels singing the Leonard Cohen classic "Suzanne". Good stuff, Deano. The Meat Puppets playing "White Sport Coat with Pink Carnation" is a hoot, but I am biased.
BillsWatch Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 Bert Ward one is hilarious! I think I'll set my daughter's computer to play it automatically when semester is over.
The Big Cat Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 Anyone here ever listen to Sound Opinions on public radio? It's a Chicago show, but it's syndicated in a bunch of places around the country. It's two guys, the rock critic for the Tribune and the pop critic for the Sun Times.
Mike In Illinois Posted April 17, 2009 Posted April 17, 2009 I caught a little bit of the Beach Boys version of Seasons in the Sun. Oddly good. Thanks for the heads-up on this, Dean!
