So those unfortunate souls in Rochester without DirecTV/NFL Network can't see it at home.

Sucks that the blackout rule extends to "secondary markets" but the availability of cable-only games does not.

Not that I'm affected personally because I have NFL Network.

It's a December game. Folks in Rochester can hope that the game gets flexed out.

So we are a "primary market" when it comes to blackouts but a secondary market when it comes to this.

The only reason the NFL gest away with this crap is because no one has sued them yet.

Aren't Thursday games late in the season subject to flex scheduling?

Dude, if we get flexed OUT of a prime-time game that pretty much means we suck.

Dude, we will.

A bit of Googlation tells me that the Sunday night games are flexible so my OP was dead rong.

It's one thing to flex a 1pm Sunday game for an 8pm Sunday game. it's a pain to some that have tickets, but at least it's the same day. but to flex to different days would be terrible, i would hope the NFL would never consider doing this.

I thought they would have something preventing such a move, good find!
