smuvtalker Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 Wow. Hopefully nothing comes of this.... I can't see something like this warranting anything beyond a frown from the higher ups.....whitner's never been in trouble before and this doesn't seem too bad..
VOR Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 No worries. This won't merit a "sit down" with the Commish. Or will it?
Bufcomments Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 maybe somebody asked him what about your playoff prediction
BillsGuyInMalta Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 COME ON! Seriously, our team is full of idiots.
thebug Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 No worries. This won't merit a "sit down" with the Commish. Or will it? Not likely, but it will get his attention on Buffalo once again.
Sisyphean Bills Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 COME ON! Seriously, our team is full of idiots. But they are high character idiots.
JoeF Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 There has to be some excuse....he was there negotiating the parameters of the Parrish to the Browns deal and things got out of hand.. That has to be it. Anyone at a House of Blues at 3 AM deserves to be arrested...dang.
Lori Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 Not likely, but it will get his attention on Buffalo once again. Lynch just got another game off.
BillsGuyInMalta Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 Aggravated Disorderly Conduct is a misdemeanor, just FYI. Well...it is in NYS anyway.
VOR Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 Lynch just got another game off. Must be those "changing dynamics" that BuffaloDenney spoke of.
Lofton80 Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 Unbelievable. We have the all police blotter team. I thought Marv drafted for character.
SKOOBY Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 We wanted thugs so we can win, we're getting them. Marv's "character" days are over.
Matt in KC Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 disorderly conduct & resisting police link So, does this mean it's time to update your signature? You know, something like "I'm Donte Whitner with the Buffalo Bills and I am worth MILLION$!!!!!"
dogbyte Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 Whitner will get 2 game suspension. Trade Whitner, Youboty, Peters and Juaron for coach Cowart
thebug Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 Lynch just got another game off. Ha ha, Lynch had better be careful with the appeal process, he may end up getting the boot for the whole season. Kinda like the difference between showing up to work late when the boss had a fight with his wife the night before and showing up late when he got laid the night before.
BillsGuyInMalta Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 Whitner will get 2 game suspension. Trade Whitner, Youboty, Peters and Juaron for coach Cowart Not for a first time offense and misdemeanors he wont. Still, its frustrating to be a fan of guys who cant control themselves.
ofiba Posted April 11, 2009 Posted April 11, 2009 Whitner will get 2 game suspension. Trade Whitner, Youboty, Peters and Juaron for coach Cowart He was a great linebacker but I don't know how well Sam Cowart would do as a coach, especially after his injury.
Beerball Posted April 11, 2009 Author Posted April 11, 2009 So, does this mean it's time to update your signature? You know, something like "I'm Donte Whitner with the Buffalo Bills and I am worth MILLION$!!!!!" We'll have to see what brilliance Whitner came up with; no quotes available yet. BGIM--I would expect that our favorite Cleveland lawyer will check in at some point. BuckeyeMike can answer questions about the severity of the charges.
