The County is Republican, with the City of Cincinnati being Democratic. The surrounding counties are heavily Republican and show about 70% of precincts counted. Given the population, It looks to me like maybe 70-80,000 votes yet to be tabulated. The provisional ballots are an unknown, statewide, of course...
