I haven't receieved his offical report yet, but I followed him around and there were not any major issues. He showed me 2 or 3 smaller problems, but no huge deal breaker. Guy is a GC who also does home inspections. One of the most anal guys about how things are put together I have ever met. I gues that is a good thing if he is inspecting your home.
