stuckincincy Posted March 19, 2009 Posted March 19, 2009 Mexico announces retaliatory tariffs in response to Obama &Co.'s payoff to unions - repudiation of Mexican trucks venturing beyond border areas. http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.p...oryId=102036396 Wait until the Buy American Steel edict takes hold. Same as the last time such took place, for every union steel job "saved", dozens will lose their work as steel prices rise and folks in manufacturing get axed. Again - jobs driven overseas. And your cost of purchase of goods will rise.

The problem is we are not making a product people want at the prices they want, it has nothing to do with tariffs. Our country survived without income taxes through tariffs alone. It's about time. Now we need to break the unions against business and allow businesses to be competitive.
