Rico Posted November 2, 2004 Posted November 2, 2004 I'll be in L.A. this weekend, on a very tight schedule, & will be flying out of Orange County airport at 3:48 PM. Pacific time.. Anybody out there know a good sports bar (doesn't have to be a Bills bar) close to the airport (away from traffic) that I can see the Jets game & still make my flight? Please give me some names & I'll let Mapquest do the rest. THANKS!

aussiew Posted November 2, 2004 Posted November 2, 2004 MVP Sports Grill 14160 Beach Boulevard, Westminster, CA 92683 But he needs something fairly close to the airport.
Kelly the Dog Posted November 2, 2004 Posted November 2, 2004 Rudy's in Newport Beach (I think it's on Balboa Blvd) is 15 minutes from the airport at most on a Sunday and has the Season Ticket. It's always packed, and a pretty good sports bar for games.
IDBillzFan Posted November 2, 2004 Posted November 2, 2004 Rico, if memory serves me, Nationals is very close to John Wayne and is probably your best bet to see the Bills get airtime on one of the TVs. Westminster is really not that close...about 30+ minutes drive time. If you go to National's, though, keep an eye out for this ugly group.
aussiew Posted November 2, 2004 Posted November 2, 2004 National's has two levels. The Pats fans are on the upper level. Lower level is everyone else.
Rico Posted November 2, 2004 Author Posted November 2, 2004 Thanks again everybody. Could be fun to go up to the 2nd level of Nationals if the Pats are losing!
DreamOnDan Posted November 2, 2004 Posted November 2, 2004 ESPN zone is in Disney land. I watched the Bills COwboys game last season there. Just curious, are you traveling to Cali for ACN? If not you won't even know what I'm talking about.

Guest Guest_MVJim_* Posted November 2, 2004 Posted November 2, 2004 The Corner Office is where the Southern California Bills Backers meet. Crowd usually around 30 shows up.
