K-9 Posted March 8, 2009 Share Posted March 8, 2009 I believe Lofton was like 33 years old when he came to town when claimed off waivers from Oakland. Can't believe we got him for the $100 waiver fee. Anyway, while Owens is a bit older, he's certainly in fine shape with no apparant drop off in production. If he has the same kind of impact that Lofton did, it's nightmares for DCs again. Now, can we get a McKellar type to go with him?
