BillsGuyInMalta Posted March 8, 2009 Posted March 8, 2009 If Turk doesnt put it in, TO will just do it anyway.
Magox Posted March 8, 2009 Posted March 8, 2009 No sh*t! I gotta believe that the slant will be used a lot more this year. Even if T.O is not as productive physically as he use to be, he will open up things for Lee, the other recievers and RB's. This was a great move! What I like best, is that this is a 1 year deal. No time for T.O to be a complainer. This is showtime for him, and I'm sure he's going to work his butt off and try to do the best he can.

Or maybe now they'll send Evans on more of those underneath drag patterns that Wes Welker kept killing us with.
K-9 Posted March 8, 2009 Posted March 8, 2009 The slant route is and has been in our playbook forever. Now that that's been established, anyone want to take a stap at WHY it isn't used too often by our offense? That said, if Owens has a scintilla of his talent left, it won't be so easy for Ds to cram the LOS. GO BILLS!!!
