BillnutinHouston Posted March 7, 2009 Posted March 7, 2009 Ho-Hum. The Bills are just trying to set the NFL record for hosting the largest number of free agents without signing anyone. I think TO will secure the record for them.
bills_red Posted March 7, 2009 Posted March 7, 2009 2-3 year deal with ability to cut with out a big cap hit sounds good to me
BillsGuyInMalta Posted March 7, 2009 Posted March 7, 2009 Methinks TO is doing what every other FA has done to us. Come to Buffalo, get your first offer...use it to leverage other, better teams into a contract. Wave goodbye to him tonight, since I dont think he'll be coming back. I still dont understand why the Bills havent explored the Holt option yet.
WordByrd Posted March 7, 2009 Posted March 7, 2009 just when you think our FO couldn't be any more retarded!!
SeanKausch Posted March 7, 2009 Posted March 7, 2009 http://www.profootballtalk.com/2009/03/07/to-in-buffalo/ if they dont get owens i think they need to get harrison or holt if he is released. They need a veteren possession # 1 wr and this would be a great oppurtunity
Kelly the Dog Posted March 7, 2009 Posted March 7, 2009 I love it. I don't think for a second that he signs but I think it would be great. Ha.

Leverage for another future deal, unless there are no other attractive deals. http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/9306636...-visit-to-Bills
Bill from NYC Posted March 7, 2009 Posted March 7, 2009 I love it. I don't think for a second that he signs but I think it would be great. Ha. I can't get the link to open. Is this true?
Kelly the Dog Posted March 7, 2009 Posted March 7, 2009 I can't get the link to open. Is this true? Well, according to Glazer and Marvez at Fox it's true. Glazer is pretty decent. Frankly, I think that Rosenhaus has a good relationship with the Bills and is just using this as a bargaining chip against other teams but I think it's great. And again, I would love to have TO on the Bills this season.
sven233 Posted March 7, 2009 Posted March 7, 2009 Well put it this way, if TO signs, this might become the most interesting offseason in recent memory.... And what's the worst that can happen at this point if he signs? The Bills miss the playoffs..........AGAIN!!!! Maybe it is time to think outside the box a bit! Who knows? At least there would be some media attention in Buffalo for the first time in years. And like I said, if it doesn't work, there is no way it can be a step backwards because we haven't sniffed the playoffs in a decade.... Guess we will see what happens....
BillsObserver Posted March 7, 2009 Posted March 7, 2009 I can't get the link to open. Is this true? incredibly, yes it is. wow, im stunned. never thought in a million years the front office would attempt to bring in TO
drinkTHEkoolaid Posted March 7, 2009 Posted March 7, 2009 well i made it in before this board implodes...
