Silvio has dinner with a New York guy and a couple hookers. The scene slows down, blood sprays all over Sil. And the scene speeds back up and you realize what just happened (the New Yorker got whacked). Sil comments later that he didn't know what was going on until it already happened Tony and Bobby sitting in a boat and they say you probably never know it's coming And the final scene: Everytime somebody walks thru the door, you see Tony look up. Then you see who walked in (you see/hear what Tony sees/hears) Carmella and AJ arrive. They're sitting in a booth on one side and Tony by himself on the other side. Meadow is late, and would have sat next to Tony in the booth on his right side Guy at the counter gets up and goes to the bathroom (remember that scene from The Godfather?). The bathroom is a straight shot from Tony's right Meadow parks her car and opens the door. Tony looks up to see who walked in.
