Stl Bills Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 need a safety? a great one just became available Who just got cut?
Alphadawg7 Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 He was a pro bowl player...put him at SS with Whitner at FS and we will have a feared tandem as both are big hitters. Our corners and Whitner will help make up for Williams deficiencies in passing game which I think are overly exaggerated...
WVUFootball29 Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 If anything is to be done with Roy Williams its move him to a coverage LB position....He's not much of a safety

I would take Scott over him any day of the week and twice on Sunday.
Mantis Toboggan M.D Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 Roy Williams is a joke at safety. He plays like a linebacker (hits hard) but cannot cover to save his life. I'm not sure how many Dallas games you watched before last year, but Roy Williams seriously is a bad...bad player. Really bad.
H2o Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 need a safety? a great one just became available You are joking right? Tommy Wolfe........is that you?

Personally, I'd like to see what the current secondary can do with an NFL-quality pass rush in front of them. That hasn't happened lately.

Personally, I'd like to see what the current secondary can do with an NFL-quality pass rush in front of them. That hasn't happened lately. At 6'0 and 220 lbs, he'd be a good fit for our LB corps. The scariest part is i'm only half kidding.
SageAgainstTheMachine Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 need a safety? a slow one who can't cover just became available fixed it for you
