seq004 Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 Does anyone know if he's still in town? I haven't heard anything on his visit.
Erik Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 Does anyone know if he's still in town? I haven't heard anything on his visit. Billsdaily.com just put up a report but it's kind of short and awkward. It's also unsourced but it contains quotes from him so I'm sure that it isn't made up.
CJPearl2 Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 He left. Reports have told me that on his way out he said, "!@#$ this dump," punched Russ Brandon in the face and was last seen being picked up by George Seifert on the way to the airport.

Erik Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 Cato June Meets the Media Video interview on bb.com True or false. I could do Chris Brown's job.
OrangeJuiceSimpson Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 On the brink of being a championship team? Maybe Russ can sell this team as a place to be.

downsoufbfan Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 Does anyone know if he's still in town? I haven't heard anything on his visit. Something tells me he is still there... I hope, Maybe he had to do his physical and he and his agent are trying work out the numbers. Just a wild guess.
Crows57 Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 True or false. I could do Chris Brown's job. False. Brown at least would know to put a question mark after writing, 'true or false'.
Erik Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 False. Brown at least would know to put a question mark after writing, 'true or false'. Yup, you're better than me. Point taken. Moving on...
Nostradamus Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 Something tells me he is still there... I hope, Maybe he had to do his physical and he and his agent are trying work out the numbers.Just a wild guess. The problem is, this signing makes too much sense for the Bills to actually do it. A cover two linebacker who has spent his whole career in the same type of system the Bills implement? Who plays the position that the Bills are weakest on? (With apologies to Chris Kelsey, I think Ellison may be even more outmatched on the field than the great white Buffalo) Well... maybe not. At any rate, this move, unlike the Coles one, would significantly make the Bills defense better. June is someone the Bills should overspend on if it gets him here.

How sad is it that I had the same thought last night when I heard he was coming in for a visit? "This makes waaaay too much sense, we'll screw it up somehow"

If they over pay good, if they don't and he still makes it here... great
ndirish1978 Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 I echo the sentiment. Signing June is a logical move, which we will whiff on. Why is it that everytime I think of Ralph Wilson I imagine him as Steinbrenner from Seinfeld, crazy and irrational.
Sisyphean Bills Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 He's old and would cost more than the veteran minimum. Fug him.
downunderbill Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 lets just hope... on a side note he's quite articulate which is refreshing for sportsmen these days.
marauderswr80 Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 The Bills are on the brink of an NFL Championship? Cato June knows he was visiting the Bills and not the Dolphins, Jets or Pats right? Right there tells me Cato June is a total moron!
Tsaikotic Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 all kidding aside....knowing that anybody would be an upgrade over Ellison, is C. June really worth going after?...I dont know much about him besides hes played in this scheme his whole career...would he really make the Bills better?
Steely Dan Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 False. Brown at least would know to put a question mark after writing, 'true or false'.
