SageAgainstTheMachine Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 all good. i think we have our eyes on jason brown... oh wait he was already signed by the rams. maybe we will over pay a mediocre center to come help our o-line We didn't overpay Hangartner he's getting 2.5 million a year, right?
bills_red Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 Profootballtalk.com reports Birk will get $12 million over three years 4 mill a year. I would have liked him for that price.
Pete Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 I wont believe it until Buffalo Bill Insider reports it.
mjohns85 Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 We didn't overpay Hangartner he's getting 2.5 million a year, right? i wasnt refering to hangartner. i was just spewing. i am actually pleased with this signing.
WVUFootball29 Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 Profootballtalk.com reports Birk will get $12 million over three years4 mill a year. I would have liked him for that price. Were you paying that price?
jwws9999 Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 Were you paying that price? were you, that was an idiotic reply, but i guess losing teams are ok with you
Magox Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 were you, that was an idiotic reply, but i guess losing teams are ok with you jwws or Poland? I think you guy are the same Moronic Troll
Magox Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 We didn't overpay Hangartner he's getting 2.5 million a year, right? Hey Sage, I didn't ever see the link to Hangartner's contract. Do you have it?
Armchair GM Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 Profootballtalk.com reports Birk will get $12 million over three years4 mill a year. I would have liked him for that price. Last I heard he was scheduled for a visit but we found out he wanted $7M a ear and we said fugetaboutit! Case-in-point...even if we were going to spend $$, no one wants to play for an inept organization!
BillsGuyInMalta Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 Last I heard he was scheduled for a visit but we found out he wanted $7M a ear and we said fugetaboutit! Ugh, God the Bills need to sign Cato June tonight so we can have at least 30 minutes of peace from posts like this.
silvermike Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 Birk at center, Hangartener at guard would have made this an excellent offseason. We got one, so that definitely moves us forward, but we do have a bit of a gap between Peters and Hang at the moment - Simmons?
WVUFootball29 Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 were you, that was an idiotic reply, but i guess losing teams are ok with you IF thats the case, I'm just following the status quo
VOR Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 Birk had NO intention of playing for the Bills. F him and I hope he ends up being a disappointment for the Ravens.
Virgil Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 Okay, this one kinda pisses me off a little. We let a Pro-Bowl Center sign somewhere else for only 4 million a year?!? Are you serious Front Office. This is pathetic. Him at Center and Hangartener at G would be huge for us. Just pathetic Buffalo. Just not a good day overall for Free Agents news in Buffalo
