Based on the above stats and not including winning records each Qb had a slightly different team- My vote for the BEST QB is and I hate to say it becuae i dint think so at the time- DOUG FLUTIE Took into consideration least amount of sacks most amount of rushing Yards and one more season he surely would have exceed Drews TDS and YDS. My Vote For Worse QB is ROB JOHNSON- Most sacks given up Very good td to int ratio but the sack machine gets my vote On a different not- Though edwards is not quite the caliber of Drew or Doug he still has potential if we can give him a comparable supporting cast and stout defense those two had. Edwards right now in my opinion does rank 3rd with a chance of improvement.
Canadian Bills Fan Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 The last time we made the playoffs Flutie was our QB. Maybe the Bills need a scrambling QB...Vick anyone? lol

Agua Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 Flutie Bledsoe Collins Edwards (honestly, have not seen enough of him to make an assessment) Losman Johnson
Cugalabanza Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 My vote for the BEST QB...DOUG FLUTIE My Vote For Worse QB...ROB JOHNSON I agree. Around the time I joined this board, there was a raging debate going on. Who should be our starter, DF or RJ? At that time, public opinion was split pretty evenly. I'm proud to say I was always a Flutie guy. I don't know where to put Bledsoe. He started off so great. Then he became not only slow and indecisive, but it seemed like he did not want to win or even try anymore.
bizell Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 I don't see how Clod Tollins isn't at the bottom next to Rob Johnson. When he was in Buffalo he straight up sucked.
Cugalabanza Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 I don't see how Clod Tollins isn't at the bottom next to Rob Johnson. When he was in Buffalo he straight up sucked. You're right. I see two people so far have rated Collins above Losman. No way that's fair.
Tcali Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 Doug Flutie Drew Bledsoe Trent Edwards Todd Collins JP Losman Rob Johnson I reserve the right to bump Edwards up 2 spots or down 3 spots over the next 1 - 3 years. I'd agree ontherocks exc Id switch JP and Todd
/dev/null Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 Bledsoe Flutie Edwards Johnson Collins Losman Holcomb Van Pelt Brown
Tcali Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 FlutieBledsoe Collins Edwards (honestly, have not seen enough of him to make an assessment) Losman Johnson absolutley ridiculous to put Collins ahead of Edwards...
ben35 Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 Add to the pain of those failures is what they cost us in draft picks, especially JP and RJ. In adition to being the best of the (pitiful) lot, Flutie was a free agent.
Agua Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 absolutley ridiculous to put Collins ahead of Edwards... Sorry. Only time I watcj Edwards is when he plays the Phins and I don't think he played a full game against us this year so I can't really make an assessment of him, as I stated in the post.

But did you watch collins- he was painful to watch that season absolutley painful. Todd Collins force Levy into retirement he was that awful too watch.

(He may have been a third, not 100% sure on that) He was worse than Johnson... while he was on the Bills ----> but he does hold a mean clipboard.
Agua Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 But did you watch collins- he was painful to watch that season absolutley painful. Todd Collins force Levy into retirement he was that awful too watch. That was in 96? Yeah, he performed better against us than RJ from what I recall. Losman seemed to go from "mere inexperience" to "he hasn't got it". Maybe Collins is getting the benefit of limited exposure on my ranking.

From my recollection of the 97 season of him starting Collins didnt llok like hed had anything out of the gate and regressed over the season that he was benched the final 2 games of the season if memory serves me well. Thats why in 1998 they released him wnet after flutie in the cfl and taded away our 1ts and 4th round pick for RJ who was a 4th rounfd pick in the same draft as Collins. I know im in the miniority-but i disagree with the assement of JP.

Marshmallow Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 Good: Flutie Average: Bledsoe Edwards (so far) Below Average: JP Losman Todd Collins Van Pelt Piece of sh--: Rob Johnson
WellDressed Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 I don't see how Clod Tollins isn't at the bottom next to Rob Johnson. When he was in Buffalo he straight up sucked. The only receiver he didn't overthrow was Quinn Early.
mjohns85 Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 1) flutie 2) bledsoe 3) trent 4) jp 5) rob johnson 6) todd collins
