Both would be tremendous upgrades over what we have. There were reports that we were interested in Phillips. With Bryan Scott getting up there in age (and average at best), Ko Simpson being "worth millions" (and sucking), and us (reportedly) moving Whitner to FS; we need someone. Ummm, Phillips has been starting in Tampa for years. He got hurt at the end of this season and was a big reason that the Buccs D declined in the last month.
