Tux of Borg Posted November 1, 2004 Posted November 1, 2004 I'm suffering from a slight cold from yesterday's game and went to the store for some soup. I saw Chunky's new Hot & Spicy Beef & Bean Chili and decided to give it a try. What a waste of money! It has to be the worse chili of all time. It's nothing more then chunky soup with beans in it. There is nothing spicy or hot about it. Now I'm glad they left us out of their commercials. Granted there is nothing better then home made chili, but these guys didn't even come close to nailing it. :I starred in Brokeback Mountain: Chunky for giving chili a bad name.
PIZ Posted November 1, 2004 Posted November 1, 2004 I almost bought a can the other day. Are there any good "chili in a can" products out there?

jester43 Posted November 1, 2004 Posted November 1, 2004 i don't think it's that bad really. gotta add hot sauce of course, but it's no worse than any other canned soup. i wouldn't serve it company, but it's not horrible.
PIZ Posted November 1, 2004 Posted November 1, 2004 Campbells used to (maybe still do, but I haven't seen it) have CHILI BEEF which I loved when I was a kid.
sweet baboo Posted November 1, 2004 Posted November 1, 2004 I had it the other day also...with some a sandwich and some tobasco sauce, i thought it was quite good
