apuszczalowski
Exactlywe have needs at WR, LB, DB, DE and this super intelligent group cut and release 3 members of the oline creating a hole that did not need to be created today. At least what we had was serviceable and we have cap space to wait for these decisions to be made AFTER you solve other bigger problems. Now good offensive FA's will not come here to play for another crappy Oline. Taylor or Coles cannot spend the time watching this coaching staff waste another yr Only one memebr of those 3 members of the offensive line was released, the other 3 became FA'scause their contract ran out. Should the Bills have signed them to a deal just to cut them later? Coles apparently has serious interest in coming here (and why not? he would become the #2 WR with a chance of being a #1b behind Evans) and Taylor only went to NE because , well, its NE and it gives him the best chance to win now, and it gives him the best chance to step in as the #1 guy or atleast a #1b, where in Buffalo he is the backup to Lynch and Jackson at best and will have very little playing time. bigskyfan
For crying out loud, a bunch of pessimists. You'll never be satisfied. Go try to pull down another team. Point is last year during Free Agency, this team had crying needs for a tight end and wide receiver,,,,we did nothing to address those issues and paid for it with another 7-9. So understand why fans are peeved as the Pats, Jets, Dolphins bolster their roster while we sit on our thumbs.

Adam
It's not a talent issue. It is a coaching/leadership issue. There are talent issues. Our center and right tackle are not NFL caliber and our best DE is becoming injury prone and never exactly was the next coming of Bruce Smith or even Michael Strahan. Aside from Stroud, the interior of our defensive line is in shambles. Our WR corps is well below average as well. Despite all this, we still finish close to .500 every year. The problem is that Jauron needs to be relieved of his personnel duties- it has never been a strength. Our personnel department has been downgraded repeatedly over the last two decades. Polian is a hall of famer. Butler was a very good GM, but not Bill Polian. Donahoe was an OK GM, but wasn't as good as Butler. Levy was a hall of fame coach and could have been a good GM in the right situation and with experience.
