VABills Posted November 1, 2004 Posted November 1, 2004 The truth is it's one of the worst meats of all, a real last option. Keep in mind that I watched Sunday's game in a bar in Mexico eating lengua tacos, just this past June I ate (on purpose) a pigs brain in Costa Rica (the little lady joined me for the very nice but incredibly rich organ) and I've tried way too many Asian "delicacies" to list here, but having tried cat I have to say it is downright nasty- oily and tough with a seriously foul flavor. If I was in charge of preparing it I'd choose braising or wet roasting in a very hot pepper base, then throwing the base away and serving the cat with some sauce that had none of its rendering. Enjoy! 95029 So kind of like snake or lizard? IMHO they are nasty and foul tasting.

Snake is OK to good in small quantities, the problem with cat is it's foul even in a single bite.

erynthered Posted November 1, 2004 Posted November 1, 2004 What about over a clothes line seared with a welding torch?
Realist Posted November 1, 2004 Posted November 1, 2004 Was there a football post lost somewhere in all of these cat recipes?
_BiB_ Posted November 1, 2004 Posted November 1, 2004 How about "Kobe Cat". Wouldn't that process improve texture and flavor? Hell, I wouldn't mind being a Kobe beef...right up to the kill and eat part.
Paco Posted November 1, 2004 Posted November 1, 2004 Can you add fresh plumb tomatos? :I starred in Brokeback Mountain: Can you use canned tomatoes if you don't have fresh ones? :I starred in Brokeback Mountain: They have to be the EXACT right kind. :I starred in Brokeback Mountain: Just so long as you don't need onions. Now garlic is okay, plenty of it. :I starred in Brokeback Mountain: NO SUBSTITUTIONS!!!!! :I starred in Brokeback Mountain:

Who is going to masssage the bastard. Plus you think it will drink beer and eat corn?

Alaska Darin Posted November 1, 2004 Posted November 1, 2004 kitty must be more important to them than football. Shame on them 95478 That's why dogstyle such an important position. Then both can watch the game. Two great things that go great together.
rockpile Posted November 1, 2004 Posted November 1, 2004 kitty must be more important to them than football. Shame on them 95478 Why do you think there is a half-time?
drnykterstein Posted November 1, 2004 Posted November 1, 2004 its matters its matter from the standpoint of Henry has 5 starts with 5 losses and Willis has 2 starts with 2 wins. This matters because it means we might just have a good team after all. Only time will tell though.
Dan Gross Posted November 1, 2004 Posted November 1, 2004 It matters because now we have more wins over the last three years than the Cards.
