Tipster19 Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 Baltimore is taking some hits! http://www.nationalfootballpost.com/2009/0...und-the-league/ http://www.nationalfootballpost.com/2009/0...igns-with-jets/
Tipster19 Posted February 27, 2009 Author Posted February 27, 2009 The Jets are talking with CB Corey Ivy as well.
Steely Dan Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 The Rams are expected to sign free agent C/G Jason Brown "in the coming hours," according to the National Football Post. St. Louis has been Brown's only visit. The Dolphins backed off him when the bidding went to high and at that point the Rams appeared to be competing with themselves. Still, they'll have to trump Baltimore's $6M-a-year offer.
Tipster19 Posted February 27, 2009 Author Posted February 27, 2009 It looks like the Raiders are jumping in the Jason Brown sweepstakes. The only thing that I like about this is that this might keep the Rams from signing him right now and keep our chances alive. http://www.nationalfootballpost.com/2009/0...more-nfl-scoop/
buffalo1983 Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 Jets get better and bills................. ?
Welcome To Pegulavilla Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 jets officially sign Scott for 5 years and 40mil while the Bills are sleeping at the wheel.
DanInUticaTampa Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 jets officially sign Scott for 5 years and 40mil while the Bills are sleeping at the wheel. having players visit isn't "sleeping behind the wheel"
Stussy109 Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 jets officially sign Scott for 5 years and 40mil while the Bills are sleeping at the wheel. I would have loved to have had Scott, i have liked him ever since the pats ravens game.
DanInUticaTampa Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 Jets get better and bills................. ? jets have lost a few of their good players. like their Qb and OG? they have taken some big losses. the only thing we have lost is dead weight. except for greer. he is our only loss that kinda sucks
VOR Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 Scott is an easily-replaceable guy on the Ravens' defense.
auburnbillsbacker Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 I would love to have have Brown, but this is the deepest draft for centers in my memory. We can get a good one in the second. We do however, have to fill some holes through free agency. We can only count on the draft filling 2-3 needs next year.
ricojes Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 Ravens continue to lose players, DE Marques Douglas is cut. Doesn't look like anything special though... Edit: maybe clearing cap room for their latest signing, cornerback Domonique Foxworth. A four-year, $28 million deal that includes $16.5 million guaranteed.
