GG Posted November 1, 2004 Author Posted November 1, 2004 Well call me a nattering nabob, but... Seriously, I chose not to look at it in the manner you decribe, but I think you have a legit point...The Bills are 7 Games into the Season and maybe (I'll give you a maybe) the Plan is starting to take hold...I like MM, and I think he will become a quality NFL HC... Of coarse with a QB who consistantly gives you above par performances, the sky could be the limit! Sorry... I just could not resist... B) 95434 Don't know if you caught "Outside the Lines" on Sunday AM - but of the things they stressed as being important to developing a young QB is having him learn from the sideline for at least a year.
Kelly the Dog Posted November 1, 2004 Posted November 1, 2004 That's G-Giddy for you, homes. 95396 That wouldn't be G. Gordon Giddy, would it?
GG Posted November 1, 2004 Author Posted November 1, 2004 That wouldn't be G. Gordon Giddy, would it? 95545 But then it would make me GGG (a bit too close to 666 for you conspiracy nuts)
Mark VI Posted November 1, 2004 Posted November 1, 2004 That's G-Giddy for you, homes. 95396 G. Giddy Liddy - has psycho genius written all over it.
KOKBILLS Posted November 1, 2004 Posted November 1, 2004 Don't know if you caught "Outside the Lines" on Sunday AM - but of the things they stressed as being important to developing a young QB is having him learn from the sideline for at least a year. 95527 That certainly has been the suggested route for years now...But tell that to Steelers Fans... I do realize the chances are far greater that a Rookie QB will struggle at times. But I think each and every situation is different. And if you are correct and the Bills are beginning to hit their Power Running Game stride, I think the transition to JP becomes even easier...Let's face it, nothing against Bledsoe, but is there anything he did yesterday that JP could not do? The one play I saw him check off to was a Run for minus 2 yards...JP (at least I believe) should bring an added element to the Offense that DB simply does not have. And I think because we lost JP for while some are forgetting the Kid has a REAL good arm, maybe even better than Big Ben... As long as the Bills can Win Games with DB at QB I realize they will not go to Losman...But if the Bills lose to the Jets at Home, then at NE, I think it's going to be JP time... I guess we'll see...B)
