And even if it does exist, it's easily circumvented How can Washington, a team without much cap space have enough cap space to sign Haynesworth and Hall to 100M and 50M deals respectively? Methinks Obama and Nancy aren't the only folks in DC spending money they don't really have

The Skins' problems are on offense, not defense. Now, DT's that think they're as good as Haynesworth are gonna want to get paid like him too. Thanks Danny!!
