FluffHead
Likely a Patriot according to Rotoworld.com... "The Providence Journal reports that free agent Fred Taylor is likely to join the Patriots. The paper believes Taylor, 33, "likely has at least three good seasons left." While that's far from likely, Taylor figures to come cheap and will be a candidate for significant early-down carries in New England. It appears he's choosing Bill Belichick's club over Dick Jauron's. Not exactly a tough one."

Justice
i didnt want him anyway. we're more then set at the rb position. I didn't care much for him either, but it would've been worth it just to prevent him from going to NE.
bartshan-83
Dude was born in Florida, played high school ball in Florida, went to college in Florida and has spent 11 years of pro ball in Florida. I'd be surprised if his 33 year old joints and muscles make it through a Boston fall and winter in tact.

billsfreak
Anyone who actually thought he was coming to Buffalo is living on dreams. This team has more holes to fill than most teams in the NFL, but running back isn't anywhere towards the top of the list. We have two young stud RBs and even if one is suspended the other can handle the load for 2-4 weeks. Taylor said he wanted to compete, he isn't going to do it here, he would sign being the 3rd best RB on the roster, in New England, he probably will be the best on their roster, since Maroney has been a bust for the most part. billsfan#1A
Those days are over. And we're not talking Corey Dillon after 7 seasons and under-30 here. The pats are getting old and this doesn't make them any younger. i say let them have him. i want players that are younger entering their primes, not at the end of their careers. junior seau? come on, what did he really do for that team the last two years besides get older and lose the big games. their time will soon be done and who knows, after a few years maybe the bills will put together a full season and make it to the playoffs
