Kelly the Dog Posted November 1, 2004 Posted November 1, 2004 Looks like we are now second in total defense in yards and sixth in total defense in points against. We are fourth in defense against the run and sixth against the pass. Middle of the league in sacks. Not bad. Now if we could only get Clements to knock the ball down on 4th and forever, and to come up and make a few more stops at the ends of games, we will have a dominating defense. Schobel has really impressed me this year. We really missed Milloy. Edwards has been way better than before. I fully believe that if the offense gives them anything, and can actually get leads or control the ball, this is one of the 2-3 best defenses in the league.
Rico Posted November 1, 2004 Posted November 1, 2004 Do you know where this D is regarding red-zone efficiency? I think we're also greatly improved there compared to last year, where we ranked 19th or 20th in the league (don't have the link at work).
