With her ummm... female area being a tad stretched the porn would have to be how many things can we put in there. They could start with a Baby Grand Piano. It works on so many levels. I don't think she had the kids "Naturally", and since she didn't conceive the kids "naturally" either, it might not be bad, except for the giant scar and stretchmarks. If you see the picture of her before she gave birth, it looks likeshe had a volkswagon parked in her.
