Latest news is that he will run a 40 at his pro day on March 26th. That is probably the most risky move I've heard. I don't think it's worth it. He may drop out of the top 5, but he doesn't drop past Oakland I truly believe. Al Davis would be up to the poteum himself to announce the pick.
