Hell's Angel's

"This is basic marketing: you define yourself," said Hardy, who teaches business students the importance of brand identification – or "branding" – in mainstream marketing.

If they lose the power of their trademarked logos, Hardy says, "they're diminishing their stock as a badass." That stock helps them recruit members, conduct business and feel special, the professor says.

The Hells Angels were originally called the Pissed-Off Bastards of Bloomington, but that name didn't exactly roll off of the tongue. <_<

My buddy's brother infiltrated the Hell's Angels in Ontario as a police informant and was paid over a Million bucks over a couple of years to do it. Don't think he will be seen around again. These guys take "the patch" seriously, even their wives were not allowed to touch them.

Even your skin is "owned" by them if you have a tatoo of their logo on you. Wow .... guess that means if you put Coke on you they own your skin. Wonder if Coke would take a cheese grater to you to remove it?? <_<

Dykes on Bikes also has their name trademarked.

Some stupid liberal tried too get the trademark taken away because of the word "Dykes". They went to court and fought to keep the trademark.
