Bo Scaife to be Franchised

The Titans will place the franchise tag on free agent TE Bo Scaife by 4PM ET Thursday, according to NFL.com's Adam Schefter.

Wednesday's extension with Rob Bironas freed up the Titans to keep their top pass-catching tight end. Scaife would've looked good in a Falcons uniform, but only costs $4.462 million to franchise. The move will also make L.J. Smith and Jerramy Stevens the top two free agent TEs on the market. Feb. 19 - 8:32 am et

How much are people willing to bet on this board that the Bills won't sign a free agent TE, will draft a guy in the 4-5th round or later that is subpar and won't do much, and have Royal as the starter again?

I'm almost certain that the Bills will do this once again. History shows such.

This free agency class is becoming very very thin. Which means alot of money to crap players. Can't wait to see who we over pay.

I'm guessing CIN cuts TE Ben Utect. A name. Don't bite.

He has no hands, which IND found out and let him go. He had injuries last season, but even healthy, he was useless...he couldn't catch a cold even if you sneezed square onto his face.
