The announcement followed the team's second victory of the year, led by standout performances from Willis McGahee and Terrence McGee. "I'm willing to do whatever it takes to make this a better team", quarterback Drew McBledsoe said. "I just want to help this team win." Offensive linemen Marcus McPrice, Mike McPucillo, Lawrence McSmith, Trey McTeague, Ross McTucker, Chris McVillarial and Mike McWilliams, echoed McBledsoe's comments. Tackle Dylan McFarland is the only lineman who is not changing his name. Also at the conference, Head Coach Mike Mularky announced receiver Josh McReed's knee injury would be re-evaluated Monday.
