RShirley Posted February 3, 2009 Posted February 3, 2009 We heard that you did take your sister to the prom You heard right and I was the only one in my group of buddies to get laid.
LewPort71 Posted February 3, 2009 Posted February 3, 2009 Practice players do get rings... A kid from the HS my daus attended is on the Steeler practice squad and the local TV station interviewed him this past week. He verified that he would get a ring if they won. He'll be getting two rings this year.. A Super Bowl ring and a wedding ring...
merlin Posted February 3, 2009 Posted February 3, 2009 I almost think that that was Polian's way of rubbing it in that he left.........you see what you missed. If I was EJ I wouldn't be able to wear it or display it with any kind of pride. I think it is an odd gesture. .... except it wasn't "Edge who left" ... the Colts just released him without making any sort of offer - he was just too expensive at that point, and at his age, and just coming off a knee injury, he was deemed expendable. They already had Dominic Rhodes, and drafted Joseph Addai that spring .... and the rest is history. ;-) I think giving Edge a ring was a sincere gesture of thanks for past performance. GO BILLS!
BuffaloBill Posted February 3, 2009 Author Posted February 3, 2009 You heard right and I was the only one in my group of buddies to get laid. .... Family tree not have many forks?
marauderswr80 Posted February 3, 2009 Posted February 3, 2009 I think anyone who gets a pay check from the club gets one......
thewildrabbit Posted February 4, 2009 Posted February 4, 2009 I would think it would depend on the owner of the team that wins,if he feels magnanimous i suppose everyone in the organization would get one.
