Tcali Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 What about "Up With People? The Partridge family kicked their arse
buckeyemike Posted February 2, 2009 Author Posted February 2, 2009 Interception? I thought it hit the ground before Harrison came up with it. AZ was starting to move the ball again.
bills_fan_in_raleigh Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 no way a challenge should even be needed for this play, Incomplete pass
The Dean Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 Interception? I thought it hit the ground before Harrison came up with it. AZ was starting to move the ball again. I think they called it a fumble...but Madden is too drunk to understand that. I think it will be overturned, though.
RayFinkle Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 This is the "thank god for replay" Superbowl. Brutal.
buckeyemike Posted February 2, 2009 Author Posted February 2, 2009 Incomplete pass. Correct call. Sorry, I thought it was an INT...only saw it out of the corner of my eye (I was typing here).
Fezmid Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 This is the "thank god for replay" Superbowl. Brutal. Proof positive that the officiating is getting worse and worse every year.
justnzane Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 Proof positive that the officiating is getting worse and worse every year. indeed this is some sad officiating, but still not as bad as the last stillers SB
buckeyemike Posted February 2, 2009 Author Posted February 2, 2009 Anybody else see Rod Tidwell...er, Cuba Gooding Jr. in the stands? Can't believe Jerry Maguire was over a decade ago. OTOH, considering Cuba's career since, yes I can.
Lv-Bills Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 This crap doesn't belong at a halftime show...but, since you asked: Prince was better...and I'm not a Prince fan Tom Petty was much better...actually, he is perfect for this sort of thing. You must be on crack. That was an awesome halftime show. Energy, and you could hear the whole stadium singing parts of the songs. Also, with lighters the fans had, you could see the whole upper deck swaying back and forth. 10th Avenue Freezeout is one of his most popular songs in live concerts ever. Born to Run is his signature song for sure. Glory Days was for the margingal fans because everyone in America knows that song, and he did his new song. That show was terrific for the Superbowl. Finally an actual American legend got to perform at the half. Way to go Bruce.
buckeyemike Posted February 2, 2009 Author Posted February 2, 2009 Hines Ward came up big there. The Cards need a stop.

buckeyemike Posted February 2, 2009 Author Posted February 2, 2009 Oh, man. A roughing the passer call on the Cards. They're starting to lose control.
bills_fan_in_raleigh Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 R the Patriots playing ???? That call was BS
Tcali Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 Oh, man. A roughing the passer call on the Cards. They're starting to lose control. f%ggot officials--patriots type call

Finally an actual American legend got to perform at the half. Way to go Bruce. Like I said, it was OK for a SB halftime show...if you can handle the insufferable act. But, Petty was better because he simply played the music without acting like an !@#$ on stage, and Prince actually wailed on his guitar...something Bruce uses as a prop, these days.
buckeyemike Posted February 2, 2009 Author Posted February 2, 2009 No love for Radio? Saw it on a plane once. Did not enjoy it.
bills_fan_in_raleigh Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 cant stand the fact that Steelers are going to win their 6th SB.
Tcali Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 indeed this is some sad officiating, but still not as bad as the last stillers SB yeah their last SB was a travesty
