What..... No interest?

We don't have a player named Hamden...

Anyway Gibran Hamdan himself thinks the Bills will be getting a veteran QB with him remaining third. He could be managing his own expectations though, but that's from the horse his mouth so to speak.

He looked great in the preseason--strong throws, good reads, etc. He deserves a shot at #2. Guys like Hamdan turn out to be hidden gems--they're just never given the chance.

I agree with you,

Hard to argue with this because we just do not have NFL game data. If the Bills do not sign a vet QB this offseason odds are that he will get his chance. Trent E. and most NFL QB's go down with injuries at some point in the season. I can't imagine that Hamdan will be any worse than JP but that is not saying much.

As Bellicheat said about Cassell - decision making and accuracy are what makes or breaks an NFL QB. Timwe will tell if Hamdan has these qualities.

Have to add ... only in Buffalo wuld the third string QB and punter have such a loyal following. Hats off to the fans of the Bills for this.

Possible #2 or not an option?

he has shown nothing in camp and preseason and the bills were afraid to put him.

i met him in camp and helooked like he shpould be sweeping up the camp grounds- short, skinny, pencil arms

he is a #3

Never underestimate the power of Chroise. He could ascend to the upper NFL echelon of QB's this season. :wallbash:

On a real note, he'll never be more than a #3 QB.
