BillsGuyInMalta Posted January 29, 2009 Posted January 29, 2009 Just think of what Marshawn could do with an O-Line that opens holes longer than a nanosecond.
ganesh Posted January 29, 2009 Posted January 29, 2009 That's good. I know he and Stroud were alternates....But who did he replace and do you have a link ? I only saw Owens from the Texans replacing Gates at the TE position.

cantankerous Posted January 29, 2009 Posted January 29, 2009 Replacing Chris Johnson of Tennessee. Congratulations Marshawn!
Cornerville Posted January 29, 2009 Posted January 29, 2009 But just remember, Thomas Jones is better
bizell Posted January 29, 2009 Posted January 29, 2009 I know he and Stroud were alternates....But who did he replace and do you have a link ? High Mark Posted January 29, 2009 Posted January 29, 2009 Ok Marshwan is great, and in all honesty a better running back than the origanal three that made it. But makeing the prob bowl as a second string alternate does not count. Schobel, has never made the pro bowl, he played in it once cause some guys in front of him got hurt/didnt want to go.
Justice Posted January 29, 2009 Posted January 29, 2009 First off, congrats Marshawn. You truly are the best player we have on offense. The only problem I have is ML is not a Pro Bowl caliber player just yet. The Pro Bowl is a farce. By the time all the originally selected PBers bow out, for one reason or another, you might have 80 so called "Pro Bowl" players on each conference roster. The athletes then use that PB nod as leverage in negotiations to get more money even though they were only selected to the PB by default. It's BS.

He was elected as a started 2 years ago (14 sacks) and was elected as a first alternate last year. I apologize for using facts.
VABills Posted January 29, 2009 Posted January 29, 2009 But just remember, Thomas Jones is better Jones is the starter moron.
rackemrack Posted January 29, 2009 Posted January 29, 2009 Jones is the starter moron. exactly, he's the starter because he is better...
VABills Posted January 29, 2009 Posted January 29, 2009 exactly, he's the starter because he is better... And ronnie brown was the 2nd reserve already with Johnson first. Therefore by Pro bowl standards lynch is 3rd best RB in the afc east.
BillsFan74 Posted January 30, 2009 Posted January 30, 2009 He might be the only player on the roster that truly deserved to go to the Pro Bowl.
Magox Posted January 30, 2009 Posted January 30, 2009 And ronnie brown was the 2nd reserve already with Johnson first. Therefore by Pro bowl standards lynch is 3rd best RB in the afc east. oh you were way off, you said he was the 5th best
VABills Posted January 30, 2009 Posted January 30, 2009 oh you were way off, you said he was the 5th best He is. Freddy is better, and wicky is better.
lets_go_bills Posted January 30, 2009 Posted January 30, 2009 Love it. He deserves it and hopefully the exposure will get him more respect and recognition around the league.
