The Anaheim Angels and Boston Red Sox each won a World Series. The Yankees suffered the biggest choke in baseball history. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers won a Super Bowl. The New England Patriots won TWO Super Bowls and are easily the best franchise in the league. The Tampa Bay Lightening won the Stanley Cup. The 1996 elections were on Nov. 5th, 1996. On Nov. 3, the Skins lost to the Buffalo Bills, 38-13. The incumbent Clinton won 2 days later.
