Under the Belichick watch four assistant coaches have fled, one being Mangurian. I'm not impressed so far with Schonert and we under utilize our TEs. The Patriots have not only been consistent but also creative the several years and tapping into some of their schemes and philosophies would be a welcomed change of pace for us. It doesn't hurt that the Patriots are within our division and what better way to combat a foe than to get some of their inside secrets?

It's probably too late because it looks like he's headed to Tampa but this is the kind of addition that would be more effective than us taking coaches from losing franchises.

I don't recall Fassel being all that impressive in Balt. Besides, I think you probably should know by now that Schonert is not leaving until Jauron does no matter how much pining you do.

It is hard to argue the success of the diciples of Bill Belichick.

Like, Romeo Crennel? Charlie Weiss? Eric Mangini? or were you just kidding?

Hey here's another idea though...Ivan Fears has been with the Patriots for 12 years as a WR and RB coach. I bet he knows how to run the offense...lets get him instead

While we're at it, we could trade Peters and next years first for Brady since they are going to keep Cassel
