Cuomo would look like a lock and a vote getter but this is politics. An upstater would be great. Caroline stated reasons of a personal nature . She probably did not want to realease any financial info.

But it will should be a calculations of political philosophy, known quantity, and can or do they have the fire in the belly to keep going if that is what Patterson thinks is politically expedient.
