The whole thread in general. Like thinking things are black and white and that combat operations cease as soon as a peace treaty is magically signed.

 

Reality and history is lost on people.

Fair enough. To clarify, I was wondering whether there was another conflict between Japan and Russia/USSR between the end of the Russo-Japanese war (1905) and the very end of WWII, or whether BritBillsFan was confused about the results of the 1905 war. DCTom gave me the answer, I learned something new.

When did you realize that? Yesterday you didn't.

 

When did I ever say combat operations were equivilent to war? I was arguing against that false premise.

Not Iraq. Hence "foreign."

 

And you know that "foriegn fighter" is the liberal medias PC term for terrorists.

 

So the war that is currently being fought in Iraq is part of the war on terror.
