Funny how you get your panties in a wad over the conservative vs Repulican issue, but then lump Clinton and Obama together... you seem a little bitter that Obama is being treated like a "rock star"? So, since it is okay for you to lump everything together, why can't we just say, you conservative, Republican, Bush lovers have your ugly little fingerprints all over this current mess? What did Obama do to you (and so many others here) that has you so condescending and sure that he won't amount to anything? What do you have to compare him to? George W Bush? The two most damaging things that led to our econonmic crisis: 1-Greed of Wall Street and CEOs...and continued greed.... 2-Barney Fife Frank and Chris Dodd (both headed Fanny-Mae/Freedy Mac) strong-arming banks to giving minorities mortgages they knew they couldn't afford. This is called political correctness. Bush let this happen because the buck stops with him. But the dems/libs/socialists/victims whatever you want to call them are very much at fault as well. Obama's stimulus plan (as well as Bush's) will not help the economy just like FDR's new deal did not work (it was WWII that brought us out of the depression--not the New deal). The only way to let the economy recover is to let the free-market create jobs....even if it means crash and burn. But that is political suicide. Obama is nationalizing banks, medicine, and other commerce--in other words the government now owns the banks , and control healthcare. We see how well government manages other affairs. They know that most Amercians have vapid little minds and are easily controlled by the media bias. Bush I/Clinton/Bush II/Obama...it doesn't matter....every administration is taking orders.
