WVUFootball29 Posted January 21, 2009 Posted January 21, 2009 As a small kid I sang "looking for my lost shenkers involved" What are shenkers? If anyone finds out let me know. Found the shenkers http://www.shenkers.com/
Steely Dan Posted January 21, 2009 Author Posted January 21, 2009 Found the shenkershttp://www.shenkers.com/ Who are they involved with?
justnzane Posted January 21, 2009 Posted January 21, 2009 The best that I heard was a drunk girl singing chumbawumba's tubthumping: "I get knocked up, but I go down again"
Puhonix Posted January 21, 2009 Posted January 21, 2009 I heard somebody's version of Hendrix: Purple Haze...Excuse me while I kiss this guy :worthy: Sadly, I think these are the lyrics in Guitar Hero are "Kiss this guy."
The Tomcat Posted January 21, 2009 Posted January 21, 2009 I still think those are the lyrics to that one! I know right! I thought I was the only one.
WellDressed Posted January 21, 2009 Posted January 21, 2009 Not a goof up per say, but funny none the less: "Che Guevara & Debussy to a disco beat."-- Neil Tennant
Fezmid Posted January 21, 2009 Posted January 21, 2009 In the ACDC song Dirty Deeds (Done Dirt Cheap), I always thought the line went "Dirty Deeds with the Dunder Chief" I thought it was "Dirty Deeds in a Thunder jeep." That fits too, actually....
HopsGuy Posted January 21, 2009 Posted January 21, 2009 Sadly, I think these are the lyrics in Guitar Hero are "Kiss this guy." There's a whole book about this topic with that title. "The girl with colitis goes by" ("The girl with kaleidoscope eyes"-The Beatles)
Albany,n.y. Posted January 21, 2009 Posted January 21, 2009 I always thought that the song Forever in Blue Jeans was Reverend Blue Jeans. Then one night I'm watching King of Queens & Doug calls the song Reverend Blue Jeans & Carrie corrects him & tells him it's Forever in Blue Jeans. I guess I wasn't the only one if it got written into a sitcom.
millbank Posted January 22, 2009 Posted January 22, 2009 remember after every game our team won, we got to go to the fat ladies fish and chips and Angelo's for a soda pop. We always carried the star of game over all of us singing, at least I thought and argued greatly these the proper lyrics Bringing in the cheese bringing in the cheese, We shall come rejoicing, bringing in the cheese, Bringing in the sheaves, bringing in the cheese, We shall come rejoicing, bringing in the cheese, I was sure these were the correct lyrics and coach and rest of team wrong, as I had seen this song on Mighty Mouse. Remember eventually having my way and our after the game winning song, did become " Bringing in The Cheese" It did seem a more fun version I suppose. (was seven years old)
justnzane Posted January 22, 2009 Posted January 22, 2009 I thought it was "Dirty Deeds in a Thunder jeep." That fits too, actually.... My dad would parody it "Dirty Deeds Done with Sheep"
