Philly McButterpants
WTF are these guys sniffing? OT and WR???? My god, if the Bills draft an offensive lineman (other than center) or a WR in the first round, I'll . . . I'll be really pissed.
Bill from NYC
I've been meaning to ask you Bill.......do you want us to re-sign Peters(for top dollar)? Personally I think that re-signing him is the wisest move by far. If we do re-sign him......would you feel that drafting a RT at #11 would be wise? I guess this comes back to how effective Walker can be. When not asked to do things unsuited to his abilities, I was under the impression that he can be a solid RT. I feel DE, OC, TE & OLB(if we don't re-sign Crowell) are far more important at this point.....but again, it comes back to the level of play we could hope to get out of Walker. I agree on all counts. Seriously, what are the odds of the inept Bills front office finding a LT who is even almost as good as Peters? #11 is too early to draft a RT. What I would like to see is a trade down (5-7 spots) for an extra 2nd. Positions such as Center and TE shouldn't be so hard to fill in those slots. Btw, we also need a guard. Even if Dockery slims down and gives a solid effort, did you see what happened when Butler got hurt?
freedom2528
http://profootball.scout.com/2/830920.html Check this out! I loved the maclin pick a little high though, he would be perfect opposite L.Evans. Build th eD line with free agents.
Wagon Circler
I will be pissed if we go in any direction other than a front 7 impact player on D. [/quote If Orakpo is there and we don't take him, it would be yet another reason to hate this organization.
Fewell733
Draft Daddy's reasoning is the worst part - the tackle playing on the other side of Peters was our best offensive lineman this year.
