On ESPN, they discussed this and Keyshawn Johnson was smiling from ear to ear and overflowing with joy that Gruden and Allen had been fired. Gruden's firing somehow means he wasn't a me first player that got bounced off 3 teams in 4 years despite decent production.
truth on hold Posted January 18, 2009 Posted January 18, 2009 Isn't it funny how *after* we hear of Jauron's retention that guys like Shanahan & Gruden become available? Its funny, a collapse at the end that kept them from the playoffs was the downfall for both Shanahan and Gruden. Owners are being tough on how you do at the end!
