Beerball Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 No denying they do it mostly with defense. But Flacco has no interceptions, no sacks in the playoffs. Give him some credit. He made some big throws. Harbaugh also has something to do with it. How about that challenge? Great challenge. But my point was, continuity is overrated. Announcers missed that to because they were so busy chatting. It looked like he missed it when I saw it live, but yeah great challenge because he certainly didn't get any help from the network. Anyone know how that works? Do teams have their own cameras so that they can look at a play or are they at the mercy of what the network shows?
BillsObserver Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 Not sure....think I need to crack one more myself. Doesn't get much better than good playoff football and a few cold ones, brotha.
Beerball Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 They showed the replay on the postgame show and he clearly stayed in bounds. Terribly gut-wrencher for the Titans (but how can you feel bad for them?). Nice job by Fisher of leaving time outs on the board. He had one time out left which he kept in his pocket for a field goal attempt. I don't have a problem with that choice.
BillsObserver Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 OMG Delhomme WTF Classic Jake Delhomme. 2 turnovers for the Panthers already. Didn't they watch the early game?
49er Fan Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 The player you want to watch on CAR defense is MLB Jon Beason
BillsObserver Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 I don't understand how Fitzgerald is getting wide-open so often.
Beerball Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 I don't understand how Fitzgerald is getting wide-open so often. he's really good
marchantgroovy Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 Wow! Cards up by 13. They talk about old time hockey but Titans-Ravens was old time football. Both teams are going to be mighty sore come morning!
BillsObserver Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 he's really good Exactly. With Boldin out, and Larry being so damn good, why aren't they double covering him?
BillsObserver Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 Pulled a Jauron - should have gone for it Daryl Johnston agrees with you.
BuffOrange Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 Fitzgerald is sick for sure. It's weird how every available metric says the Panthers are very good vs. the pass but they've looked awful at times: vs. TB, NO, etc. And Delhomme again.
VOR Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 I wasn't surprised about the Baltimore win, but this is a shocker!
BillsObserver Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 ANOTHER interception. Arizona is going to win this freakin' game.
Beerball Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 And Delhomme again. Two horrible picks. Never took his eyes off the receiver on the second.
BillsObserver Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 Is it over? Carolina HAS to score before halftime. And not a field goal...
KD in CA Posted January 11, 2009 Author Posted January 11, 2009 Fitzgerald is all man Holy crap....he is just putting on a clinic.
