Colts are very overrated Dungy should cheat more like your hero Billy B. Then he'd have more wins and rings. Could be worse though, at least he didn't CHOKE in the Super Bowl when his team was heavily favoured. They lost on a coin flip. Moron.
KD in CA Posted January 5, 2009 Posted January 5, 2009 I'd rather be the Braves of the NFL than the Pirates.

You know the offense led by the MVP w. 3 1st round picks (Wayne, Harrison, Dallas Clark) It wasn't a coin toss. Belichick vs Dungy is not even worth discussing. Every single owner in the NFL would take Belichick over Dungy.
GhostsOfTheRockpile Posted January 5, 2009 Posted January 5, 2009 I'd rather be the Braves or the Colts... or the Marlins, or the Diamondbacks, or the Carolina Hurricanes, or the Tampa Bay Lightning... than the Buffalo Bills. Like Marv once said, "It helps to win that championship." Until the Bills do, they're one of the biggest laughingstocks in the history of professional sports.
silvermike Posted January 5, 2009 Posted January 5, 2009 yes, nothing is more disappointing than being consistently competitive for a decade, with a ring to show for it.

No... the owners with class and dignity would stay away from Bill Belichek the Cheater and hire a class act like Dungy instead. Why don't you go back to your Patriots fan board and talk about the "travesty" of the Patsies not making the playoffs. At least the Colts got in.
My Friends Call Me Tebucky Posted January 5, 2009 Posted January 5, 2009 They can't run the ball, they can't stop anyone on the ground. Not a good combination if you have to win 3 road games (most likely) to get to the Super Bowl. It's not Manning's fault that Addai (another first round pick, I believe) looked like he was about 35 years old this year.

Poeticlaw Posted January 5, 2009 Posted January 5, 2009 http://www.usatoday.com/sports/football/nf...-football_N.htm Dungy 1 and done again. Peyton 7-8 in the playoffs. Colts are very overrated How can a team be overated when they get to the playoffs EVERY YEAR!!!! We can only dream of going to one just to be one and done. Besides all their money is in the offense its their defense that needs be fixed.
Ramius Posted January 5, 2009 Posted January 5, 2009 http://www.usatoday.com/sports/football/nf...-football_N.htm Dungy 1 and done again. Peyton 7-8 in the playoffs. Colts are very overrated Refresh my memory again as to how your beloved patsies* did in the playoffs this season?
Rico Posted January 5, 2009 Posted January 5, 2009 http://www.usatoday.com/sports/football/nf...-football_N.htm Dungy 1 and done again. Peyton 7-8 in the playoffs. Colts are very overrated Agreed. Gotta love the Chris Brown-type blog guy for Jaguars.com (as read on PFT today):Vic Ketchman Here come the apologists Mark from Boise, ID Manning did his job. Defense not only wins championships, it loses them. Vic: Manning did his job? What is it with you Peyton Manning apologists? He was nearly intercepted four times and three of those should’ve been intercepted and returned for touchdowns. The only play he made in the second half was catching the Chargers off guard and lobbing a touchdown pass to an uncovered receiver. In his last four possessions, with the game on the line and the Colts only needing one more score to clinch the win, Manning managed a total of 20 plays for 38 net yards. Hey, that’s crunch time, baby. A day after he wins the league MVP, he gags with the game on the line and does his usual one-and-done routine. When are you people gonna get off your knees? The guy is 7-8 in career postseason games and six times he’s lost in the first playoff game of that year’s postseason; three times in the last four years. Manning did not do his job. His job is to win. His job is to get it done at crunch time.
Numark Posted January 5, 2009 Posted January 5, 2009 i would rather be the braces of the nfl than the bills right now :/

Willis990 Posted January 5, 2009 Author Posted January 5, 2009 Refresh my memory again as to how your beloved patsies* did in the playoffs this season? They had a good year 11-5 without Brady and a bunch of starters out. I will take that any day. Brady's playoff record 15-3 Manning 7-8. Who was Brady's best receiver before Moss and Welker, oh yea it was Deion Branch who is a complete bust in Seattle. Manning's had all those 1st round picks and all those 1 and dones
Beerball Posted January 5, 2009 Posted January 5, 2009 Every single owner in the NFL would take Belichick over Dungy. you funny man!
bizell Posted January 5, 2009 Posted January 5, 2009 brady also had the benefit of a usually top-10 and sometimes top-5 defense behind him
destro32 Posted January 5, 2009 Posted January 5, 2009 i would rather be the braces of the nfl than the bills right now :/ what city are the braces from? new expansion team? im in for them!!!!

BillsPride12 Posted January 5, 2009 Posted January 5, 2009 Dude I would kill to be a fan of a team like the Colts or the Pittsburgh Steelers, sure over the recent years they have each only won it all once but every year there is reason to be excited and knowing that theres a chance your team can go all the way, not to mention all the exciting football games that come along with being a successful franchise.
